gThe Geekvape Aegis Boost Pod Kit is a super tough pod device, the latest in the line of very popular Aegis products from Geekvape. Retaining the easy grip form factor thanks to the use of multiple body materials (leather, zinc alloy and silicone), the Aegis Boost also keeps the protections that have made the Aegis line so popular (dustproof, shockproof, waterproof and now even scratchproof!).
The Aegis Boost is a 40-watt pod system, with a built-in 1500mAh battery and the ability to hold up to 3.7ml of e-liquid. The pods are refillable and also have replaceable coils, which means you don't need to swap the pod over after each use. The pods have adjustable airflow above the screen, and this is definitely the most generous airflow adjustments we've seen on a pod device. It really allows you to move between a restricted or loose inhale. Better still, refilling can be done with the pod still attached to the device, thanks to the easy-lift silicone tab on top of the pod.
The device has a large OLED screen which gives you all of the information you need, and a micro USB port for charging on the side of the device (this too is protected by a silicone tab). The kit comes with two coils - one 0.6 ohm for MTL vaping best between 15 and 25 watts, the other 0.4 ohm for DTL vaping best between 25 and 33 watts.
If you've enjoyed the previous devices in the Aegis line and you're looking for something smaller and stealthier but with still a generous amount of power, then definitely consider the Aegis Boost.
